【苏伊士运河管理局：#苏伊士堵船或是人为错误#】埃及苏伊士运河管理局主席乌萨马·拉比耶当地时间27日表示，救援结束后将调查导致“长赐号”货船搁浅的具体原因。拉比耶称，货轮搁浅不能单纯归咎于强风天气原因，也可能存在人为错误和技术层面的问题。提到人为错误，这艘重型货船2019年在德国就曾引发过一起事故，被质疑是人为因素导致。2019年2月9日，在德国港口城市汉堡，这艘重型货轮撞上了一艘正停泊在易北河上的小型渡轮——好在当时渡轮上没有乘客，这次撞船没有造成任何人员伤亡，但导致船体损毁严重。事发后，汉堡市检方曾立案调查这艘重型货轮的船长和领航员是否“危害航道交通”，但最终于2020年3月因证据不足撤案。当时的事故原因也没有彻底查清，只是据信有可能是因为“强风导致这艘重型货轮撞上渡轮”。目前还不清楚这次这艘重型货轮搁浅苏伊士运河时其船长是不是就是两年前的那个人
