旗帜形态是与现有趋势结构相反的反向趋势线。在应用旗帜形态交易时有几点需要注意：
1. 寻找突破蜡烛信号。
2. 一旦突破蜡烛信号趋势延续在旗帜的一侧收盘，则在主导趋势方向交易。
下图一：即使在1小时图表上，旗帜形态也值得关注。在强劲走势中，即使是1小时图表也出现了旗帜形态。1小时图表通常很难应用波段交易策略，但趋势中的旗帜突破恰好运作良好。
下图二：在趋势中寻找旗帜突破。关键是在考虑寻找旗帜交易机会前要确保更广泛的市场趋势。
