【李国华委员：#建议对996工作制进行监管#】#周刊君带你看两会# 全国政协委员李国华表示，目前加班现象广泛存在，尤其在某些行业存在普遍制度化和严重超时化，在短视频、在线教育、出行、电商等领域，部分互联网企业又开始推行“大小周”工作制。李国华指出，当前我国996问题处于企业失控、监管失序、工会失灵的状态，鲜少见到996企业得到处罚，劳动监察没有发挥应有的作用，劳动者维权困难；一些企业甚至直接在规章制度中规定，执行996、大小周工时，剥夺了员工的休息时间。李国华表示，延长法定工作时间的制度现象应当引起重视和关注，建议对996工作制进行监管。
