股市，我最近的持仓也产生了很大的回撤，因为持有的都是大市值的龙头白马，这一次跌的很惨，我没有减仓。减仓要在恐慌的一开始就要减仓，现在都没有减仓，那就没有必要减仓了。拉长时间看，现在的下跌都可以称作是回撤。
举个例子，爱尔眼科。
爱尔眼科是高瓴资本的持仓股，大概2018.1月买的，持有到现在一股都没有卖。在爱尔眼科的历史上，有次比较大的下跌。
第一次下跌47.53%，
第二次下跌62.54%，
第三次下跌47.66%，2015年股灾
第四次下跌32.6%，2018年
第五次下跌28.48%，新冠
第六次，也就是现在，已经下跌了41.49%。
上市12年，比较大的下跌就这么几次。
正在下跌的时候，确实比较揪心，但是历史上每一次比较大的下跌之后，都能从坑里爬出来并且创出历史新高。如果让你买这只股票，你是不是选择在大幅下跌之后砸出坑了你去买是最合适的？看过去确实如此。
但是当真的砸出坑的时候，你却不敢买了，等涨上去了之后又后悔。每个人都是这样，所以我到认为这么大的下跌之后是可以分批进场了。当然，其他的股票也是同样的道理。
