【“出国潮”变“归国潮”？#留学人员创业园孵化企业超5万家#】全国政协十三届四次会议上，致公党中央发言表示，应加快推动留学人员创业园转型升级高质量发展，把握住新经济、新技术、新业态革命的“时间窗口”，化危机为契机，推动自身转型升级，助力中国经济社会发展。此外，留创园应适应疫情背景下各产业和全社会数字化转型及市场生态变革，重点引进和培育一批生物医药、高端装备，以及5G融合应用、工业互联网等与新基建、新经济适配的人才和项目，大力培育壮大新的增长点。
