亏损的时候就是心态不好的时候，心态不好的时候，其实要就是重仓造成大的亏损，然后再操作就不理智了，再有一种就是没有止损，本身仓位也不重，但是没有止损，结果产生了很大的亏损造成心态不稳定，此时要么重仓想扭亏为盈，要么就是不能再理智的判断行情频繁交易，一心只想着扭亏为盈
