这周在周1和周2做的太糟糕了。其实都没有完全满足我的交易系统。我就一股脑的进场了。结果就是止损出局。97美金直接没了，跟着就是我的心态没了
周3经过一夜的思考，我告诉自己静下来，不要有让急躁毁了之前的努力。
最后我在入43美金。
做的第一单GBPCHF多单顺利的止盈一半了，接着GBPNZD又止盈了一半。这2单下来我静了静。马上去看交易记录，这2单能够成功就是完全满足我的交易系统。之后的3天我的交易很平滑。我的心态一点也没有急躁了。
其实仔细发现止损的时候不能正视自己的错误，反而一意孤行很容易接连爆仓
止损的时候更应该去思考为什么会止损，找出原因。找出原因后还的多思考怎么解决问题。希望下周1和周2不要再这些老毛病了！
