【台积电的护城河在哪里？制程里用到的EUV技术，极紫外光是什么？】
1. 极紫外光概念
大家可以理解为一种波长较短的紫外光，lithography最早是石版印刷的意思，现在也被用来称呼为光刻技术，所以把他们两者合起来就是“利用极紫外光来进行雕刻”的意思，那要雕什么呢？要雕晶圆。
2. 股价攀升原因？
虽然三星、Intel英特尔也有EUV光刻机/曝光机，但是最终能够驾驭这个技术并成功量产的还是台积电。EUV的成果是台积电股价可以攀升的原因之一。为什么呢？因为台积电在这个制程领先才能在7奈米、5奈米上领先对手三星、Intel，让订单持续涌入。
3. 防尘技术突破
台积电在防尘技术上的突破，就算是一颗奈米级的灰尘也会因此影响半导体厂的生产良率，而EUV光刻机对于防尘的要求又比过去采用DUV光刻机时更高，因此在三星及Intel都还卡在防尘处理这关时，台积电成功改良了光罩防尘技术，就因此让TSMC成为全球首间导入EUV技术并且达成量产的厂商，在7奈米的订单上大幅超越死敌三星。
