很多人都知道止盈和止损的重要，但是不能坚持。我教大家一个好方法就是理解时空的关系，三维世界中，时间和空间是不能单独存在的。不能脱离空间谈时间也不能脱离时间谈空间。因此，在持仓中，你的目标1小时内达到和三天内达到是没有什么本质区别的。只是在你设定的止盈和止损空间中的随机波动，这种波动都是合理存在的。不需要为此惊慌，只要看目标就行。
另外一个小技巧就是多复习看看你的历史案例，看看过去怎么走的，就知道未来会出现的变数，这样心里也有了底气而不至于惊慌。
