先说说对二级市场，就是天天玩的大A的影响。蚂蚁.上市以后它很有可能遭到热炒，核心原因是.上市后流通盘并不大，你不要看市值挺大的，2.1万亿觉得非常大，实际上，上市以后的流通盘的市值也就是200多亿，这个是官方公告的里面一部分内容。蚂蚁A股发行的战略配售比达80%，这应该是A股历史最高了，把战略配售比例提到如此之高，其目的估计是想减轻二级市场压力。也就是说，虽然是全球最大的IPO，但蚂蚁对A股冲击没那么大!这次在A股总融资超过千亿，但线下战略配售占了80%，总共高达800到900亿左右;需要二级市场来接盘只有20%，也就是220亿左右。
然后说点不好的，不喜勿喷!我一直认为蚂蚁是一个非常值得尊重的企业，我也相信蚂蚁的明天会非常美好，但我并不认可当下蚂蚁的主要盈利方式。依靠极高杠杆的信贷尤其是次级消费贷来提升利润，当下的两万亿余额有可能成为一个巨大的包袱。蚂蚁的主要价值不应在信贷端，而是应该通过科技对商业生态进行加持，通过多元的方式获利。
