① 油价周三上涨，延续上日的升势，美原油一度创一周高点至38.92美元/桶，涨幅约1.67%；布油最高触及41.12美元/桶，因飓风影响美国海上油气生产，且一份行业报告显示，美国原油库存大幅下降。
② 周二随着飓风萨利逼近美国墨西哥湾沿岸，超过25%的美国海上油气产出被关闭，出口港口也关闭。
③ 睿咨得能源(Rystad Energy)在一份报告中称，“我们目前预计飓风萨利造成的整体停产规模介于300万桶至600万桶之间，大约持续11天。”
