內地多處持續有暴雨，長江上游出現1981年以來最大洪水，預料三峽水庫今日可能出現每秒76000立方米的入庫洪峰，是建庫以來最大，國家水利部將水旱災害防禦應急響應提升至Ⅱ級。四川樂山遭遇百年一遇的洪水，著名景點樂山大佛的腳趾一度被浸，是1949年以來首次，180名遊客要疏散。當局說，這個世界遺產目前整體安全，受洪水衝擊影響，佛腳腳踏出現小範圍剝落，景區管委會將邀請專家評估，編制修補方案，景區目前已經關閉，預計今個星期內重開。重慶市迎來今年入汛後最大洪水，主城區多條馬路被浸，要實施交通管制，重慶洪崖洞、朝天門等多個知名景點，亦有部分區域被淹浸。
