提高平仓效率的两个要素合理有效地平仓对交易者达到稳定盈利至关重要，只有合理高效地平仓能保正已有利润，才能在平衡风险与收益的情况下达到利润大化。有以下两个要素:1.明确市场所处的环境。在平仓中明确市场所处的环境主要是指明确市场运行的阶段。分为启动阶段，主趋势阶段和末尾阶段。在主趋势阶段就应给市场足够的调整空间，避免过早离场出局。2.明确交易的性质。交易者必须对所持的是短线交易头寸还是中长线交易头寸。但需要注意的是交易头寸的性质必须要根据市场环境而定。若在只适合短线交易并为中出现平仓形态，错误地界定长线交易头寸将有可能导致利益的大幅回吐甚至出现转盈为亏的局面。
