如何避免出现武汉金凰事件？据相关媒体公开报道信息，从2016年起，武汉金凰就以“黄金质押+保险单信用担保”的方法开展股权融资，简易而言便是向金融企业出示Au99.99足金作为质押物，并由我国中国人保财险湖北省子公司开展黄金鉴定，出示公司财产保险保证质量的保险单开展信用担保股权融资，涉及到保险单74笔，金额达300亿元，今年10月所有期满。刘洋认为，武汉金凰主要是涉及了信托公司和保险公司提货的问题，期货质押要生成标准仓单，生成过程要做检验，基本杜绝这种情况。他表示，场外质押业务其实主要的风险点是在企业诚信部分，需要金融机构进行充分尽调，避免一批货物“一物多质”，合理平衡质押率和利率对融资企业制约，避免企业质押后“跑路”。“其实湖北的事件在期货相关机构中发生的可能性比较低。”他说，“防范风险主要还是需要金融机构充分对企业、对货物进行尽职调查，再通过质押率、利率等因素，制约企业避免违约。”
