富瑞：内房行业首选旭辉控股及合景泰富等五股富瑞发表研究报告表示，内地地产商的销售在5月份取得强劲反弹，同比增长9.7%，预计整体市场将在第三季继续复苏。优质中型地产商的销售同比增长20%至30%，相信其表现将进一步有突破。该行仍然看好该行业，并建议在第三季增持。当中，该行的首选仍为旭辉控股、合景泰富、融创中国、中国海外发展及中骏集团。该行表示，优质中型地产商的表现优于大市，预计6月份的房地产销售将保持良好趋势。此外，由于有大量的产品推迟至第二及第三季度才推出，预计第三季销售将进一步反弹。该行对全年销量同比跌5%，销售额同比跌3%的预期表示乐观，并认为中型地产商有望在第三季保持双位数增长。该行预计旭辉控股、合景泰富、中国奥园、宝龙地产及中骏集团将同比增长超30%。世茂房地产、龙光地产及融创中国也将取得超过20%的同比增长。该行称，目前看到的土地价格上升，是由于地产商采取更加积极的土地储备策略，但由于经济尚未完全恢复，因此该行认为短期内出现信贷收紧等政策的可能性不大。
