沙特和美国都已加码减产 但油价彻底反转还需要需求端信号
周一沙特宣布加码减产，两大产油国跟随，美国不少页岩油生产商也宣布自发减产，但油价却难获提振，依旧收跌。减产也不算利好了？当前影响油价波动最关键的是什么？我们一起来梳理下。

周一晚，市场消息称，沙特将在6月额外减产100万桶/日，预计产量为749.2万桶/日。如果真是如此，沙特的原油产量将下降至18年（2002年年中）以来的最低水平。沙特能源部官员称，此举将使得沙特石油总减产量达到约480万桶/日左右。
沙特阿美周二公布的数据也显示，一季度原油产量为980万桶/日，去年同期为1010万桶/日。
在沙特表态后，其他两大产油国也纷纷跟进。据科威特新闻社（KUNA）报道，科威特将在欧佩克+协议承诺下额外减产8万桶/日。阿联酋能源部长马兹鲁伊表示，阿联酋将在6月自愿额外减产10万桶/日。
