周二晚，美联储紧急降息50个基点，可从各类资产的反应来看，美联储这次降息没有达到鲍威尔想要的效果，市场依旧变现得很“恐慌”，道琼斯工业指数从高点下跌了1400点。
究其原因，美联储相对较大的举动，使人们怀疑他们知道一些我们不知道的东西；交易员押注美联储的紧急降息可能还不足以抵消卫生事件对美国经济的伤害。
从昨晚大部分资产的表现可以看到，市场对美联储的这次降息并不满意。市场现在“要求”美联储3月份至少再降息25个基点。
