大家好，初次见面，不知道该说些什么，那就说说如何分析一个交易员的数据来判断这个交易员是稳定的还是激进的（不稳定的）。
1. 收益率。 很多人一上来看的应该是这个数据了，这个一定是越高越好吗？答案肯定是否定的。你还需要分析其他数据看看这个交易员是否有重仓，扛单，逆势加仓等等不好的习惯，因为这些习惯可能让你在短期内产生极高的收益率，当然也就可能让你在短期内还给市场。所以，只要月化收益率能够保持在10%以上，我认为都是一个日内交易员的合格数据。当然，如果是一个做日图的交易员，你就不能用月化的数据来评判了，你需要看季化或者年化收益率。
2. 交易胜率。 这个要和盈亏比一起看，因为单纯的胜率没有意义，你只能保证赚大的亏小的，才能最终保持稳定盈利。很多国际交易大师的胜率也不过30%-40%。
3. 盈亏比。 平均一笔盈利/平均一笔亏损。这个是你主要应该去查看的。比如，一个交易员胜率50%，盈亏比大于1，则可以稳定盈利；一个交易员胜率34%，盈亏比大于2，则可以稳定盈利。这两种都是合格的交易员，只是风格不同而已。
