18日，中国央行开展2000亿元逆回购操作，结束长达20个工作日的连续停摆状态，其中包括1500亿元人民币14天期逆回购操作，500亿元人民币7天期逆回购操作。当日实现净投放2000亿元。
公开市场7天期逆回购操作中标利率为2.5%，与此前持平；公开市场14天期逆回购操作中标利率为2.65%，此前为2.7%。
这是最近4年来14天期逆回购利率首次下降。需指出的是，此次利率下降，不是新一轮“公开市场降息”，而是与之前MLF利率和7天期逆回购利率下降相一致的后续行动。目前来看，预计在年末财政大额支出之前，央行将继续运用公开市场逆回购等工具，满足机构对流动性的合理需求，跨年资金将是投放重点。跨年流动性大幕已经拉开，新一轮降准可能已在路上。
