下面是我想到的改变办法:
一是诱因,人不可能没有压力或负面情绪,我在想能不能试着找一些替代性的应对方式,比如运动,去公园散步,冥想等等。
二是实施,把实施的难度增加到最大。换了一个平台,而且杠杆最高就200。要想用1000、2000倍的杆杠,至少要先平仓,然后再出金入金,这样就麻烦多了,而且把时间大大延后了。
三是反馈,每天记录自己轻仓交易的笔数,贴在墙上,让自己的进步“显而易见”,这会让自己当下的感觉更好。
今天是实施的第一天,以后我会定期分享自己这个戒除旧习惯培养新习惯的过程和体验,可能也会遇到不少问题。真诚希望各位汇友多提宝贵意见。
