【报道】全国政协经济委员会副主任刘世锦表示，我国经济已经进入中速增长平台。中速平台增速可能稳定在5到6%，或者到5%左右。谈及宏观调控，刘世锦认为，货币政策、财政政策等宏观政策不可能改变潜在增长率。下一步特别是从明年开始，经济工作的重点要放到挖掘新的结构性潜能的改革和政策调整上。（一财）
