最近一周的交易记录总结，每单都写了交易计划并且严格执行。今天全部平仓休整。连赚的时候我会告诉自己一定要停止一下，平复心情，避免变得盲目自大。因为我知道市场不会让同一种交易方式的人一直赚钱，会想方设法制造一些困境。通过制造这种困难期是来淘汰掉一些交易者是这个市场的自然法则。经历了波峰必然会遇到波谷，这样市场才能达到相对平衡的状态。不止市场有波峰波谷，我们的交易方式也会有波峰波谷。没有任何一个交易者能避免掉资金的回撤，重要的是我们在遇到回撤的时候是否客观理性的接受这种回撤，怎样想方设法缩小这种回撤。或许休息一下是个不错的选择。
