一个操盘手的心得体会 做这么多年交易下来，认为最关键的是以下三点 一、总结三套交易系统出来： 1、上涨时的交易方法，尤其是日线背离走势2、震荡的交易方法，侧重短线交易3、下跌趋势的把握，下跌是可遇不可求的市场机会，难度最高，效率最高 二、学会节奏把握 有了交易系统，关键是在什么阶段用什么系统的问题1、分析当前所处的阶段，是震荡？是上涨？还是下跌？适用哪套系统？2、找出趋势判断的关键技术指标，哪怕是共振的多个指标3、学会降低和增加仓位，学会恐惧和贪婪4、对于必涨和必跌的特殊图形分类细化 三、学会休息 能做到上述两点，只完成了操盘手的初级阶段，具备了50%的能力 作为操盘手，最主要的是职业寿命，我们的工作和生活没有严格的划分，所以如何休息，调整自己是关键，生存远比赚钱重要 2年才认识市场；4年能有资历；5年就已经满身是病；6年被身体淘汰出市场。l七年前写的体会，与大家分享一下
