昨日美国总统特朗普表示美联储应该要降息100基点，这令非美来到了日内高点。不过此后非美逐步回落，凌晨美联储票委、波士顿联储主席罗森格伦发表反对降息的讲话，使得非美和黄金出现了不同程度的下跌。
基本面看市场在等全球央行年会的消息，重点是美联储主席鲍威尔的讲话。在此之前市场的心态将保持谨慎，似乎多空都无意轻易发动行情。欧元目前行情比较鸡肋，下方空间不大，1.1064破位会到1.1030，请跟随者给予一些耐心不要干预。
技术面看非美目前低位震荡，可高抛低吸，不易中线持有。
EUR/USD 下方支撑1.106，压力在1.111 1.1065多，止损20点，止盈50点
GBP/USD 1.21支撑 上方压力在1.218 1.2105多，止损15点，止盈50点
