最后一点是：连续亏损或者走势混乱时适当休息。
对于在某一段时间出现连续亏损的交易者，表明当时的市场节奏与自己的交易系统不配合，这种情况，停下来适当的休息，等过一段时间之后再进场也比较明智。
还有另外一种状况就是市场没有特别适合的入场节奏，此时也应该停下来休息，而不要为了交易而强行入场。所以，在外汇交易中切莫使出体内的“洪荒之力”去激进。毕竟交易是一个概率，它不像我们日常的工作或者学习，只要付出就一定有收获；如果不进场，自己的账户肯定不会缩水，但是入场之后却不一定会盈利，也有可能会发生亏损。
市场走势不配合时，适当的休息很有必要。对于专职的交易者，可以选择在交易不顺或者在整体市场非常混乱时出去度假。这样即避过了自己交易不顺或者把握不准的一段时间，又得到了充分休息的时间，可谓是一举两得，事半功倍。所以，外汇交易会休息的才是真正的高手。
