那么，我们应该在什么情况下进行休息比较合适呢。以我的经验来看，以下三种情况就比较适合进行休息。第一个是：在市场运行状况不好以及连续亏损之后进行适当的休息。
交易需要审时度势，此时市场运行不好，连续止损出现，那就需要立马停止，我们交易是为了盈利，既然此时我们的交易不能带来盈利，还连续亏损，那么此时的市场需要我们停止下来，细细的审视一下了。此时的休息是十分必要的。
第二个是：经过连续的盈利之后适当休息。
俗话说，交易要落袋为安，有时候在经历了连续的获利之后，甚至一些很牛叉的交易者，连续的获利次数竟然能达到几十次，感觉自己仿佛拥有了“洪荒之力”一般神奇。但就是因为此时连续获利已经达到了一个交易者心理承受的最大限度，“洪荒之力”控制不住了，反而导致了利润的快速回吐，账面资金也出现了大幅度缩水，所以在盈利之后适当的休息是比具有“洪荒之力”还要重要的。
