盯向“灰色市场”
伊朗面对美国的封锁，伊方面也不会束手就擒。据伊朗官方通讯社IRNA报道，5月5日，伊朗石油部副部长阿米尔·侯赛因·扎马尼尼亚表示，伊朗已动员其所有资源在“灰色市场”出售石油。“我们当然不会像(伊核协议执行期间)那样每天出售250万桶石油，但我们找到了一个‘灰色市场’。”他没有透露有关“灰色市场”的详细信息，也没有透露当前的销售数据。
具数据显示已经注意到伊朗可能会想办法逃避美国的能源制裁，试图把“各种犯罪活动和非法贸易”当做解决办法。“我们以清醒的眼光注意到了这一点，这就是为什么需要相当大的努力才能制止非法的石油贸易。”他没有透露将如何采取行动，只是强调，“这是一项重大的努力而且正在进行中，需要保持高度警惕。”
