尾盘：黄金目前来看是守住了1340-42的支撑了，目前不过日内波动依然不是很大，市场的焦点和关注是在凌晨的美联储利率决议之上了，个人还是倾向于看涨的，目前来看要是利多的话就会测试看1355-60的压力，那是很关键的压力位置关系着后市的上涨延续，反之那也不会转势，只是要回踩测试底部了，目前建议多单持有风险控制在1340下即可，美原油个人看法还是51-55的区间内，目前来看是等待回踩到53.10-20附近的支撑考虑做多。
