既然要跟单，就要考虑如何跟单才能最好
1.需要考虑交易员的很多方面，比如是短线，中线，长线中的哪一种，或者主做哪一种。是否和自己的交易风格 一样，自己能否接受交易员的交易风格，这很重要，有的交易员是中线，比如持仓15天以上，而跟单人员是短线 风格，可能跟2天发现不仅没有收益，反而是略微亏损的，就会产生不好的影响。
2.需要研究交易员的回撤情况，分析历史数据，一般最大的回撤是多少，当时的仓位是多少？这些反馈的信息有 助于辅助确定当下跟单时交易员是否一致遵循自己的交易纪律，从而控制风险。。这方面其实平台可以增加把控 机制（对交易员的交易行为分析，产生交易轨迹，如轨迹偏移，可以对交易员提示）
