✔交易员评分评级标准
★1.回撤率：
（1）大于30%：0分，一票直接评级E（不合格）；
（2）21%～30%：10～1分；
（3）20%以内：12分。
★2.成长率（交易周期半年以上）：
（1）平均每月低于0：0分，一票评级E（不合格）；
（2）平均每月1～10%：1～10分；
（3）平均每月11%以上：分值～成长率*1.2。
★3.总盈亏比（半年以上）：
（1）低于1，一票评级E（不合格）
（2）1.1～1.5，1～5分；
（3）1.6～2.4，分值分别为（6～14）*1.1；
（4）2.5以上，分值分别为（15～n）*1.2。
★4.保持时间：
（1）6个月以下：0分
（2）6～12个月：1～7分
（3）13～24个月：分值～（8～19）*1.1
（4）25个月以上：分值～（月数-5）*1.2
评级（总得分）：
◆不合格E：单项一票否决或小于10分
◆合格D：10分以上
◆一般C：20分以上
◆良好B：35分以上
◆优秀A：50分以上
