怎样才能拿住赢利单？
很好的控制情绪，往往在盈利之后不能遵守纪律，心态不够好，拿不住单，原因：
1、害怕亏损。如果不能够坦然的接受亏损，那么同样的，也无法去坦然的接受未来的利润。
2、盯盘太过频繁。时时刻刻看着行情，眼里全是上上下下的波动，心理自然会发毛的。俗话说，眼不见，心为静。既然下了单，就按照交易计划执行就好了。
3、受到外界舆论的影响。媒体上说了什么，而使自己动摇了信心。不要相信媒体，媒体是为大机构服务的。
