朱总，选择的交易员很简单，定下几条风控原则，将交易员分为保守型，稳健型，激进型，暴力型
保守型:单笔亏损1%以下，最大权益回撤控制在10%以内。
稳健型，1%至3%，10%至20%
激进型，3%至5%，20%至30%
暴力型，5%以上，30%以上
不筛选上榜，贴标签也行，或者在下拉选框中加入，让跟随者自由选择。
最后，手工交易和ea交易分开，分两个排行榜。
