Prijono Sugiarto Tambah Investasi Sahamnya di ASII

Pasardana.id - Prijono Sugiarto selaku Komisaris PT Astra International Tbk (IDX: ASII) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak total 1.458.100 lembar saham ASII diharga Rp 5.800 - Rp 6.651 per saham pada tanggal 27 Februari 2026 dan 02, 04, 06, 09, 11 Maret 2026.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” sebut keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (13/3).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka porsi kepemilikan Prijono Sugiarto di ASII menjadi sebanyak 4.123.300 lembar saham (0,0102%) dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 2.665.200 lembar saham (0,0062%).
