Pasardana.id - Bharat Shah Joshi selaku Direktur PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (IDX: CMRY) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak 4.000 lembar saham diharga Rp 4.500 per saham pada tanggal 11 Maret 2026.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dengan status kepemilikan secara langsung,” sebut keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (13/3).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka porsi kepemilikan Bharat Shah Joshi di CMRY menjadi sebanyak 4.000 lembar saham dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat Nihil.
