Hapsoro Lepas 17 Juta Saham BUVA di Harga Rp1.600, Porsi Kepemilikan Kini Tinggal 0,18%

Pasardana.id - Hapsoro selaku pemegang saham PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (IDX: BUVA) telah melakukan transaksi Penjualan sebanyak 17.000.000 lembar saham BUVA diharga Rp 1.600 per saham pada tanggal 11 Maret 2026.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Divestasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” sebut keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (13/3).

Pasca transaksi Penjualan, maka porsi kepemilikan Hapsoro di BUVA menjadi sebanyak 43.845.049 lembar saham (0,18%) dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 60.845.049 lembar saham (0,25%).
