Saham HELI Diguyur Aksi Divestasi! Avia Nusantara Jual 133 Juta Saham, Kepemilikan Anjlok dari 23,55% ke 7,55%

Pasardana.id - PT Avia Nusantara Khatulistiwa selaku pemegang saham dengan kategori lebih dari 5% PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (IDX: HELI) telah melakukan transaksi Penjualan sebanyak 133.258.000 lembar saham HELI diharga Rp 175 per saham pada tanggal 13 Maret 2026.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Divestasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” sebut keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (13/3).

Pasca transaksi Penjualan, maka porsi kepemilikan PT Avia Nusantara Khatulistiwa di HELI menjadi sebanyak 62.877.300 lembar saham (7,55%) dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 196.135.300 lembar saham (23,55%).
