"Perseroan telah menerima Surat Pengunduran Diri Bapak Mohammad Noor Rachman Soejeti dari jabatannya selaku Komisaris Independen perseroan pada 16 Februari 2026," ujar Corporate Secretary CNMA Indah Tri Wahyuni dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (19/2/2026).
