IDXChannel - Harga emas dunia melonjak hampir 2 persen pada Senin (9/2/2026), level tertinggi dalam lebih dari sepekan.

Kenaikan ini ditopang oleh turunnya imbal hasil riil, pelemahan dolar Amerika Serikat (AS), serta kembali menguatnya permintaan aset aman menjelang rilis data ekonomi penting Negeri Paman Sam.

Menurut data pasar, emas spot (XAU/USD) menguat 1,88 persen ke level USD5.057,77 per troy ons.

Ekspektasi inflasi AS terus melandai. Mengutip Trading Economics, inflasi konsumen satu tahun ke depan turun menjadi 3,1 persen pada Januari, sementara indikator inflasi versi Federal Reserve (The Fed) New York berada di level terendah enam bulan.

Kondisi ini menekan imbal hasil riil obligasi pemerintah AS dan meningkatkan daya tarik emas sebagai aset lindung nilai yang tidak memberikan imbal hasil.
