Wong Kevin Tambah Investasi Sahamnya di BULL

Pasardana.id - Wong Kevin selaku Direktur PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (IDX: BULL) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak 4.000.000 lembar saham diharga Rp 418 per saham pada tanggal 17 Desember 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” sebut keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (02/2).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka porsi kepemilikan Wong Kevin di BULL menjadi sebanyak 298.137.950 lembar saham (1,92%) dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 294.137.950 lembar saham (1,90%).
