IDXChannel - Green City SG Pte Ltd selaku pengendali PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA) mengurangi 4,8 persen kepemilikannya pada 30 Desember 2025.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi, Rabu (7/1/2026) Green City melepas 80 juta saham KRYA di harga pelaksanaan Rp150 dengan meraup dana Rp12 miliar.
Bangun Karya (KRYA) Resmi Lepas Anak Usaha, Fokus Bisnis Kendaraan ListrikHarga pelaksanaan berada di bawah harga pasar saat transaksi yakni Rp141 pada 30 Desember 2025.
Usai transaksi, kepemilikan Green City berkurang dari 682.207.800 saham atau setara 41 persen menjadi 602.207.800 atau 36,20 persen.
Saham LABA, KRYA, hingga OLIV Kompak Jatuh LagiHingga Rabu (7/1/2025), saham KRYA terkoreksi 0,68 persen ke Rp147 dengan mengakumulasi penurunan sebesar 22,63 persen dalam satu bulan.
