Laksanakan Program MRT, Porsi Kepemilikan Saham Fransiska Oei Lan Siem di BNGA Bertambah

Pasardana.id - Fransiska Oei Lan Siem selaku Direktur dan Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (IDX: BNGA) telah melakukan Transaksi Lainnya sebanyak 66.700 lembar saham diharga Rp 1.770 per saham pada tanggal 02 Januari 2026.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Pelaksanaan Program MRT/Implementation of the MRT Program, dengan status kepemilikan secara langsung,” sebut pernyataan Perseroan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (07/1).

Pasca transaksi, maka porsi kepemilikan di BNGA menjadi sebanyak 1.155.601 lembar saham dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 1.088.901 lembar saham.
