IDXChannel - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) bersama anak usahanya, PT Medco LNG Indonesia (MLI), melakukan transaksi jual beli saham. Transaksi dilakukan pada 26 Desember 2025.
Dikutip dari keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (30/12/2025), MEDC telah menjual seluruh saham pada PT Exspan Petrogas Intranusa (EPI) kepada MLI senilai Rp24,17 miliar.

Sebagai informasi, PT Exspan Petrogas Intranusa (EPI) merupakan anak usaha MEDC dengan kepemilikan 926.331.662 saham atau 99,99 persen modal ditempatkan dan disetor. Perusahaan berfokus pada kegiatan operasional dan pembiayaan di sektor energi.
