Pelaku pasar cenderung bersikap konservatif menjelang pengumuman kebijakan The Fed pada Rabu depan. Ekspektasi pemangkasan suku bunga menguat setelah rilis indeks PCE bulan September yang menjadi indikator inflasi acuan The Fed menunjukkan pelemahan dibanding perkiraan pada akhir pekan lalu.
