IDXChannel - PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) kembali menerbitkan saham baru dalam rangka Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) alias private placement.
Terungkap, Ini Investor Baru Impack Pratama (IMPC) Pasca Private PlacementPerseroan menerbitkan 38,5 juta saham baru dengan nilai nominal Rp100 per saham. Seluruh saham tersebut akan diserap Kaddara Investment Pte. Ltd.
"Seluruhnya akan diambil bagian oleh pemodal Kaddara Investment Pte. Ltd," kata Corporate Secretary IMPC, Lenggana Linggawati dalam keterbukaan informasi, Senin (8/12/2025).
Anak Usaha Impack Pratama (IMPC) Garap Proyek Waste to Energy BaliPerseroan menetapkan harga pelaksanaan PMTHMETD sebesar Rp2.600 per saham. Dengan demikian, perseroan bakal meraup dana segar sekitar Rp100 miliar.
Harga pelaksanaan ini lebih rendah dibandingkan harga IMPC di pasar reguler, meski jauh lebih tinggi daripada harga pelaksanaan saham PMTHMETD awal senilai Rp810. Saat ini, harga saham IMPC diperdagangkan di level Rp3.800 per saham, yang mencerminkan kenaikan hampir 1.000 persen sejak awal 2025.
