IDXChannel - Chengdong Investment Corporation kembali melakukan penjualan 3.713.353.900 saham PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI). Penjualan saham BUMI oleh Chengdong dilakukan secara bertahap dimulai dari 19 November 2025 hingga 28 November 2025.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk divestasi saham langsung," ujar Director & Manager Chengdong Investment Corporation Shiping Wei dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (3/12/2025).

Manajemen menyampaikan, penjualan saham BUMI dengan harga rata-rata bulanan Rp238,08 per saham. Lebih rinci, sebanyak 3.628.584.900 dijual di harga Rp238,02 per saham, dan 84.769.000 seharga Rp240,72 per saham.

Sehingga, perusahaan meraup dana sebesar Rp884,08 miliar.
