IDXChannel - PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) melalui entitas anak terkendalinya melepas seluruh kepemilikan di PT Bukit Permai Properti (BKPP) dengan total nilai Rp536,28 miliar.
Dua anak usaha tersebut yakni PT Bali Indah Development (BLID) dan PT Summarecon Bali Indah (SMBI) sebagai pemilik BKPP.
Summarecon Agung (SMRA) Tambah Modal Dua Entitas Usaha Rp972 MiliarBerdasarkan akta jual beli saham pada Jumat (28/11/2025), PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) membeli 335.273.217 saham milik SMBI di BKPP dengan nilai transaksi Rp375,45 miliar. BUVA juga mengambil alih 143.564.893 saham milik BLID senilai Rp160,77 miliar.
Dalam transaksi terpisah, PT Nusantara Bali Realti (NBR) membeli 50.000 saham milik BLID di BKPP dengan nilai Rp53,62 juta.
Sektor Properti Masih Bergairah, CTRA-SMRA Dominasi Penjualan hingga Oktober 2025Corporate Secretary Summarecon Agung, Lydia Tjio menegaskan, pelepasan saham anak usaha tersebut tidak memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi keuangan, maupun keberlangsungan usaha perseroan.
