IDXChannel - Presiden Direktur PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) Sutadi membeli sebanyak 1 juta saham perseroan. Transaksi dilakukan pada 20 November 2025.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah investasi, dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," ujarnya dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (25/11/2025).
Serap Buyback Rp7,86 Miliar, Saham BFIN ReboundSutadi melakukan pembelian 1 juta saham BFIN di harga Rp772,5 per saham. Sehingga, dia mengeluarkan total dana sebesar Rp772,5 juta.
Dengan demikian, jumlah saham yang dimiliki Sutadi setelah transaksi menjadi 19.817.000 saham atau setara 0,13 persen, dari sebelumnya 18.817.000 saham.
Realisasi Baru 2 Persen, Dana Buyback BFIN Tersisa Rp484 MiliarSebagai informasi, saham BFIN hari ini dibuka stagnan di level Rp760. Per pukul 10.26 WIB, saham turun 5 poin atau 0,66 persen ke level Rp755.
