IDXChannel - Wakil Presiden Komisaris PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk (MKPI) Junita Ciputra melakukan pembelian sebanyak 1.500 saham perseroan. Transaksi dilakukan pada 17 November 2025.

Dilansir dari keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (18/11/2025), Junita Ciputra melalui PT Apratima Sejahtera membeli di harga Rp24 ribu per saham. Sehingga, dia merogoh kocek sebesar Rp36 juta.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah penambahan investasi di MKPI, dengan status kepemilikan saham tidak langsung melalui PT Apratima Sejahtera," ujarnya.

Dengan demikian, porsi kepemilikan saham PT Apratima Sejahtera terhadap MKPI menjadi 74.857.527 saham atau 7,89475 persen, dari sebelumnya 74.856.027 saham atau 7,89459 persen.
