IDXChannel – PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA) atau Chandra Asri Group meraih pembiayaan khusus senilai USD750 juta yang didanai oleh KKR Capital Markets, perusahaan investasi global asal Amerika Serikat (AS).

Pembiayaan juga didukung oleh platform kredit privat dan asuransi KKR untuk Chandra Asri Group.

Investasi ini akan mendukung strategi pertumbuhan Chandra Asri Group serta akuisisinya atas jaringan stasiun pengisian bahan bakar umum (SPBU) bermerek Esso dari ExxonMobil di Singapura.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Chandra Asri Group Andre Khor mengaku senang dapat bermitra secara strategis dengan KKR dalam mendukung akuisisi atas jaringan ritel bermerek Esso milik ExxonMobil di Singapura.
