IDXChannel - PT Multi Sarana Nasional kembali memborong saham PT Habco Trans Maritima Tbk (HATM) pada 12 November 2025. Kali ini, perusahaan membeli sebanyak 38.788.300 saham HATM.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," ujar Direktur Utama PT Multi Sarana Nasional Andrew Kam dari keterbukaan informasi BEI, Sabtu (15/11/2025).

Sekitar 14.750.000 saham HATM dibeli pada harga Rp320 per saham, kemudian 24.038.300 saham di harga Rp322 per saham.

Sehingga, PT Multi Sarana Nasional merogoh kocek sebesar Rp12.460.332.600.
